Ninth Avenue is a charming residential street lined with delis, diners, coffee shops, bars, and of course, tons of mom & pop restaurants. We are close enough to the commercial and tourist area of 8th Avenue and Times Square, but far enough to have that local residential feel.
Walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, the Empire State building, Rockefeller Center, Flat Iron building, Hudson Yards, Macy's, the Highline, etc. The neighborhood is known for its varity of restaurants and its convenience, as we are only one block away from access to 13 different Subway lines, which is more lines than any other station in the entire city.

Location
We are located one block away from Port Authority Bus Terminal where inter-city buses arrive from major US cities (i.e. Boston and Washington DC), and a 10-minute walk from Penn Station and Grand Central Station where trains arrive from all around the country.
We are also within one block from the Times Square/42nd Street Subway station which serves more train lines that any other station in the New York Subway system.
